Dr. Baker is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in all aspects of non-surgical and surgical care of foot and ankle injuries and conditions—particularly sports injuries. He treats all conditions of the foot and ankle including but not limited to ankle and foot arthritis, Achilles ruptures, tendonitis, fractures, bunions, hammertoe, ankle sprains, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flatfoot, Morton’s Neuroma, and other foot or toe deformities.

Dr. Baker believes in an individualized approach to patient care. He considers all factors of a patient’s life, and what his or her goals are when discussing and recommending treatment options. He offers patients a range of treatment options tailored to their individual foot conditions, including both non-surgical and surgical approaches. Non-surgical options include injections, medications, and physical therapy. In cases where surgical intervention is needed, Dr. Baker is experienced in a variety of procedures such as Achilles tendon repairs, bunion surgeries, foot and ankle reconstructions, and fracture fixation.

Dr. Baker is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, and he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at UMass Memorial Medical in Boston. Dr. Baker went on to complete a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston.

In his free time, Dr. Baker enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and children.
