About

Kyle Scarano is an orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and the treatment of athletic injuries. He provides comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the shoulder, hip, knee, elbow and ankle, with a focus on helping patients of all ages and activity levels return to the sports and activities they enjoy.

He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he received advanced training in open, arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures for sports-related injuries and conditions. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire.

Dr. Scarano believes every patient deserves an individualized treatment plan tailored to their goals and lifestyle. Whether caring for competitive athletes or active individuals, he emphasizes patient education, shared decision-making, and evidence-based care to achieve the best possible outcomes both surgically and non-surgically.

Outside of work, Dr. Scarano enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his wife and dog. He is a huge fan of both playing and following sports including hockey, soccer, football, golf, and skiing. He is an avid movie and video game admirer, as well as a music enthusiast.
