Board-certified in Emergency Medicine and fellowship-trained in interventional pain management, Dr. Chris Cary specializes in treating acute and chronic pain related to the spine, joints, nerves, and muscles. He is skilled in using a wide range of non-surgical and image-guided interventional procedures to help patients reduce pain and improve quality of life.

Dr. Cary recently completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Boston Medical Center – Brighton in Boston, MA, where he trained in the latest techniques for managing complex pain conditions, including ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive spine procedures.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Cary also holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

In addition to his clinical training and research, Dr. Cary brings nearly a decade of emergency medicine experience to his current practice. He is passionate about patient-centered care and works closely with individuals to develop customized treatment plans focused on restoring function and relieving pain.

Outside of work, Dr. Cary enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and biking.
